Unacceptable for 62+ community
Many residents here have mobility issues or significant health concerns. The parking situation is horrible. There are not ... enough parking spaces for each apartment. These elderly residents are left to park on the street and there are not enough handicap spaces. The few handicap spaces available are a "free-for-all". This means that residents who have dedicated parking spots are allowed to use the handicap spaces if they are free. While other residents, who are handicap, are left to park on the street. Willow Manor at Fair Hill Farm staff always friendly
The staff at Fair Hill Farm are always smiling and friendly and ready to help if and when needed. From the Property Manager ... Ms. Tracy, Assistant Ms. Jocylin and the cleaners and maintenance people they work very hard and are dedicated to the seniors who live here. They care about the residents well being. The property and building is always very clean and the people who live in the building are nice and friendly. It is a welcome environment. I recommend this property to live in!
